Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use etcking.garden and the services offered through it by Etcking Septic. When you use the site, call the number shown on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Etcking Septic Does

Etcking Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drainfields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@etcking.garden.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Etcking Septic or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Etcking Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
